A full breakfast is served between 8 and 9 am, a continental breakfast is available after that time.  If you have any dietary restrictions, please call us at 719 689-3709 to alert them of your needs. Normal registration time is from 4pm to 8pm.  Please notify us if you will be arriving later than 8 pm, so that we may make special arrangements. The front door is locked at 8 pm.

Check out time is 11am.
Carr Manor is a NONSMOKING FACILITY.  Guests who do smoke, must do so outside the building.  There is a $500.00 per day charge for those guests who smoke anywhere in the building. Although the entire cost of your stay has been paid for, you will be required to provide your credit card at Carr Manor at the time of check in.

 No pets are allowed in the building.
Also, we can not accommodate children under the age of 12. Each room is double occupancy only (maximum of 2 guests per room), no exceptions.

Please note the following cancellation policy: All cancellations made two weeks or more prior to arrival date will result in a deposit refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to arrival date will forfeit entire deposit amount unless we are able to rebook the reservation dates. A $25 processing fee will apply. "No Shows" and/or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation amount. Carr Manor recommends that our guests secure travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellation costs.
